Resources For Black Women In Business

Did you know Black women are the fastest-growing group of entrepreneurs in the United States? While the number of Black female-owned businesses is growing, we still have limited access to financial resources and funding.If you are thinking about starting a business or growing an existing one, here are some resources to check out.

Coalition To Black Businesses-This is a multi-year grant program that supports small black businesses. This initiative gives $5,000 grants to eligible selected applicants. The initiative started in 2020 and goes through 2024. The program also includes mentorship, enhancement grants, and online resources.

 The Black Business Alliance – This organization offers services to minority business owners that include business training, technical assistance, and online marketing services to help them get access to capital.

 Boss Impact Fund- Focuses on investing in Black women-led businesses by providing grants and access to a one-year mentorship program.

Women’s Business Centers- Helps assist women in starting and growing a business with a network of entrepreneurship centers throughout the U.S.
