Living In Queendom LLC Guest Writer Agreement

As a Guest Writer you will receive a free annual membership which grants access to virtual Community Meetings.

You will also be featured on the “About” page on the website that includes a short bio and photo as well as in the Quarterly Newsletter.

1. Purpose The purpose of this Agreement is to set forth the terms under which the Writer will create and submit original written content for publication on Living In Queendom’s platform.

2. Submission Requirements The Writer agrees to:

• Submit blog posts on a monthly basis by the 15th of each month to Arlesia Cummings via email at arlesia@livinginqueendom.com.
• Focus on topics related to Faith, Self-love, Motivation, or areas resonating with Black Christian Women.

3. Content Guidelines The Writer agrees that:

• All Content must be original and free from plagiarism.
• Each blog post will include the Writer’s social media links (e.g., Instagram, Twitter) and photo at the end of the submission.
• The Writer will be featured on the “About” page of the website, which will include a short bio and photo.
• Living In Queendom LLC reserves the right to refuse any submission that does not comply with the submission guidelines.

Photo Policy: A photo to accompany submitted blog posts are provided by Living In Queendom LLC, except in cases where the writer wishes to provide an original image to which they hold the rights or a personal photograph of themselves. Writers must ensure that all submitted images are free from copyright restrictions.

4. Ownership and Usage Rights

• By submitting, you give Living In Queendom LLC the non-exclusive right to publish your submitted content.
• By contributing to Living in Queendom LLC writers agree to submit original plagiarism free content for our platform. After submitting, writers are permitted to share their work on other platforms, pro

5. Compensation

• At this time, Living In Queendom LLC does not provide monetary compensation for submitted Content.
• Future paid opportunities may become available in the future.

6. Confidentiality Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary information and unpublished Content related to Living In Queendom LLC.

7. Termination

• Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice via email.
• Any submitted Content will remain published according to the terms set forth in this Agreement.

8. Indemnification The Writer represents and warrants that submitted Content does not infringe on any intellectual property rights, contain libelous or defamatory material, or violate any laws. The Writer indemnifies and holds Living In Queendom harmless from any claims or damages resulting from the Content.

9. Entire Agreement This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Company and the Writer regarding the submitted Content. Any modifications or amendments must be made in writing and signed by both parties.

10. Governing Law This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [North Carolina/United States].
